Echoes celebrates July Fourth with a special Living Room Concert with Northern California guitarist Alex De Grassi. Alex's latest CD is Now & Then: Folk Songs For The 21st Century (33rd St.), where Alex interprets traditional American folk songs like "O Susannah," and "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" in his own, intricate, finger-picking style. It's not a trip to nostalgia, but a re-investigation of seminal American works.
