CROWN INVISIBLE AKA LAUREL AKA.....
Garrett Parks is a man of many faces. He comes from an acting family that has starred on stage and screen and he records mysterious, simply packaged EPs under different guises including Crown Invisible, CC: Dome and Giovanni Fibilini. Now Garrett Parks has a new persona, Laurel and he's just put out his first full-length album under that name, using much of the materiel he recorded under his other guises. We interviewed Garrett Parks in 2000. We return to that feature for a musician of minimalist means, boogie-woogie piano chops and convoluted persona.
