A LIVING ROOM CONCERT WITH HAROLD BUDD
Pianist and composer Harold Budd plays a solo concert live on Echoes. Budd was in on the ground floor of ambient music, recording on Brian Eno's Obscure label and releasing AMBIENT 2: PLATEAUX OF MIRROR. On Budd's new album, LA BELLA VISTA (Shout Factory Records) he teams up with his old cohort, producer Daniel Lanois, for a series of solo piano meditations. We'll hear him recreate the experience in a spontaneous performance live on Echoes.
